摘要与影响
Heat treatment serves as a vital technique for modifying and optimizing the microstructure, mechanical properties, and workability of Mg alloys. This chapter provides a systematic overview of common heat treatment methods for Mg alloys, including solution treatment (T4), aging treatment (T5), solution plus aging treatment (T6), and annealing. The influences of key process parameters, such as temperature, holding time, cooling rate, and alloy composition, on the effectiveness and applicability of each heat treatment process are analyzed. Furthermore, the fundamental relationships between various heat treatments and the mechanical/functional properties of magnesium alloys are elucidated. These results establish a theoretical foundation and offer practical guidelines for optimizing heat treatment processes to enhance the overall properties of magnesium alloys.
