摘要与影响
With the rapid advancement of wearable devices and soft robotics, there is an intensified demand for soft sensors owing to their compliant nature and intrinsic safety. In this study, we report a monolithic 3D‐printing strategy for fabricating ultrasoft, electrode‐integrated piezoelectric sensors in a single manufacturing step. Direct ink writing is employed to unlock the performance potential of poly(vinylidenefluoride‐trifluoroethylene)/polydimethylsiloxane (P(VDF‐TrFE)/PDMS) composites, by integrating print‐tailored material formulation, structural design, and electrode co‐fabrication. This integrated manufacturing strategy effectively relieves the inherent poor interfacial adhesion issue of fluorinated polymers‐based devices, which is a longstanding challenge in traditional fabrication. The designed piezoelectric sensor with 3D grid structure achieves an effective Young's modulus of 0.046 ± 0.001 MPa and a sensitivity of 55.6 mV/kPa. This multi‐material integration ensures excellent mechanical properties and endows the sensor with functionality in systems for airflow detection, Morse code communication, and tactile sensing, presenting a versatile approach for next‐generation soft intelligent systems.
