摘要与影响
The skin serves not only as a physical barrier but also plays key roles in immune regulation and sensory perception. This study developed a multi‐wavelength photobiomodulation system combining 530 nm (green), 590 nm (yellow), and 630 nm (red) light at an irradiance ratio of 1:2:6, leveraging green light's anti‐inflammatory properties and red light's barrier‐repair efficacy. In both UV‐ and sodium lauryl sulfate‐induced skin damage models, the combined light significantly reduced inflammation, improved barrier function, and restored expression of Claudin‐1 and KRT1. Safety evaluations in rabbits confirmed no ocular or dermal irritation at doses of 6–12 J/cm 2 . These findings demonstrate that the optimized multi‐wavelength approach is both safe and effective, providing a strong scientific foundation for its use in soothing functional skincare products.
