摘要与影响
The main objective of this study is to explore the antecedent factors that directly influence such as Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices on Sustainable Performance (SP), which in turn affects the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by the moderating role of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). To achieve the main objective of the study, the quantitative research method with online surveys was employed to collect data from 209 employees among Jordanian industrial companies. The results mainly confirm that green human resource management practices significantly and positively influence sustainable performance. Contrary to what is expected, green supply chain management does not moderate the relationship mentioned above, and thus the related hypothesis was rejected. The findings of the study will provide valuable insights to policymakers regarding the underlying critical antecedent factors that drive towards sustainable performance, which in turn affects the SDGs.
