摘要与影响
Multifunctional nanocomposite show promise for tissue repair, but achieving structural stability, bioactivity and controlled release in a single platform remains challenging. In this work, a novel biocompatible TiO 2 /ZIF-8@hesperidin nanocomposite was synthesized. Structural and spectroscopic analyses elucidated the co-existence of anatase TiO 2 and crystalline ZIF-8 with successful incorporation of hesperidin, without affecting the structural integrity. The nanocomposite demonstrated uniform morphology and elevated thermal resistance. Biological evaluations exhibited excellent biocompatibility and enhanced cellular migration, indicating the efficacy of the nanocomposite for tissue regeneration and fibroblast proliferation. It shows pH-sensitive drug release behaviour, with enhanced hesperidin release under acidic conditions compared to physiological pH, demonstrating its potential for targeted and sustained drug delivery applications. The successful incorporation of a porous carrier together with a bioactive molecule facilitates effective therapeutic functionality which points towards its suitability as a candidate for advanced wound healing.
