The healthcare system is closely related to the health of every resident, constituting a focal concern for most nations and regions. With the development of cities, the interdependencies among various infrastructure systems have become increasingly complex. To improve healthcare system resilience, the impacts of other systems must be systematically considered. This paper proposes a comprehensive framework for quantitatively assessing post-disaster healthcare system resilience. The framework considers the impacts of the water supply, power supply, and transportation systems on healthcare services, and proposes a quantitative indicator from the demand perspective by combining the supply demand ratio (SDR) and accessibility indicators. Empirical studies have shown that this framework can effectively identify vulnerable nodes in the healthcare system and propose appropriate optimization strategies for resilient city construction. The framework can provide scientific guidance for the resilience construction of healthcare systems.
