摘要与影响
For long-distance and complex water conveyance projects combining pressurized water and gravity flow, it is difficult to improve the water hammer control effect only through single valve regulation. In view of this, pump-valve coordinated optimization control, coupling with hydraulic calculation model, is established. Non-dominated sorting based on multi-objective Walrus Optimization Algorithm (NSWaOA) is proposed. The ZDT1 to ZDT4 and ZDT6 test functions are utilized, with the hypervolume (HV) and spacing (SP) indicators as evaluation metrics. By comparing with NSGA-II and NSSA, it is verified that NSWaOA has better comprehensive performance. The entropy weight method (EWM) is adopted to choose the optimization solution from the Pareto frontier solution set generated by NSWaOA. Taking long-distance water conveyance projects combining pressurized water and gravity flow in Shandong Province as the research object, NSWaOA is used to solve its pump-valve coordinated optimization control problem. The calculation results show that the average values of HV and SP are 3640.11 and 0.51, respectively, which prove the superiority of NSWaOA in optimization performance about the pump-valve coordinated optimization control. The optimal scheme of pump-valve coordinated optimization control based on EWM is compared with the current scheme, the maximum water hammer is reduced by 15.3%, the minimum water hammer pressure is increased by 0.07%, and the fluctuation range of the elevated pool is decreased by 71.1%. Some references can be provided for pump-valve coordinated optimization control of actual projects.
