s Objective To construct a nursing management strategy for preventing venous thromboembolism (VTE) in perinatal women using an evidence-based approach. Methods A research team was established. Utilizing literature retrieval and analysis, a preliminary nursing management strategy for pregnancy-associated (PA) VTE was developed. Two rounds of Delphi expert consultations were conducted to modify and refine the items, culminating in the final strategy. Results The response rates for Rounds 1 and 2 of Delphi expert consultations were 100% and 93.8%, respectively. The expert authority coefficient was 0.89. During Round 2 of expert consultation, the importance and feasibility scores of the items ranged from 0 to 11.69% and 0–15.50%, respectively. Likewise, Kendall's coefficient of concordance was 0.091 and 0.116, respectively, with statistical significance ( P < 0.05). The final strategy comprised 4 first-level items (risk assessment, tiered prevention, health education, and comprehensive management), 13 s-level items, and 51 third-level items. Conclusion A consensus-based PA-VTE nursing management strategy with 51 actionable indicators was developed, showing strong expert agreement. Multicenter trials are needed to confirm its impact on reducing thrombotic events.
