CoNi–S/CoNi(OH) 2 constructed by partially vulcanizing CoNi(OH) 2 provides high-density edge active sites and exhibits superior activity toward OER, attributed to effective bimetallic cooperation and rapid reconstruction into active S–CoNiOOH.
