TiN interlayers enhance the electrochemical stability of Pt-coated Ti-felt PTLs for PEMWE. 120 W Pt sputtering yields optimal morphology; TiN/Pt interfaces minimise corrosion, boost charge transfer, and extend durability by 80 h.
