The 3PCZCFTAZ exhibit highly balanced carrier mobility and sufficient LE/CT hybridization. The pure blue non-doped device of 3PCZCFTAZ achieved an EQE max of 11.7% showing almost no efficiency roll-off at 1000 cd m −2 , leading in similar devices based on the HLCT mechanism ( λ EL ≤ 470 nm).
