This study uses H 2 O 2 modulation to stabilize precursors, passivate defects, and raise solution pH, reducing CdS etching in Na 2 S 2 O 3 -based Sb 2 S 3 solar cells and achieving a record 8.41% PCE (8.21% certified) under AM 1.5G illumination.
