Pyrolysis temperature drives structural evolution of biochars: WS500 exhibits enhanced pore structure and redox-active groups, achieving higher Cr( vi ) adsorption capacity than WS300 through Cr( vi ) → Cr( iii ) reduction and surface complexation.
