Research on Risk Assessment of Urban Underground Pipe Gallery during Construction Period

Since the promotion and construction of urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery in China, various regions have increased their investment in the construction of comprehensive pipe gallery projects. However, due to the lack of practical experience, there are still many problems in the construction of comprehensive pipe gallery, such as planning and design, construction safety, and so on. In view of these problems, this paper analyzes and evaluates the risk of utility tunnel construction period. Firstly, the risk factors during the construction period of the utility tunnel are identified and filtered. Secondly, the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method are used to determine the subjective and objective weights of risk evaluation indicators, and the combination weighting method is used to optimize the index weights. Then, a risk assessment model of utility tunnel construction period based on matter-element extension theory is established. Finally, combined with the engineering example, the overall risk level of the utility tunnel project during the construction period is determined, and the corresponding risk management suggestions are put forward for the risk factors with more prominent risk levels.
