摘要与影响
This paper investigates the dynamic characteristics and friction-wear behavior of an axisymmetric vector nozzle mechanism. To meet the demand for rapid engineering simulation, the proposed model is deliberately simplified to reduce redundant precision and enhance computational efficiency, while ensuring the accuracy of core dynamic laws. Based on the Lagrange method, a rigid-flexible coupled multi-body dynamic model incorporating clearance joints is established. A novel time-varying friction coefficient model, which comprehensively considers the effects of contact force and temperature, is specifically constructed. The influences of joint clearance, external load, and flexible components on the system’s dynamic response, collision force, and wear are systematically analyzed. The results demonstrate that the proposed time-varying friction model accurately predicts the mechanical characteristics of the mechanism. Specifically, flexible components effectively weaken the dynamic response amplitude and suppress numerical vibrations induced by clearance. Increasing the clearance value exacerbates system instability, while increasing the external load, although mitigating response deterioration, intensifies roller wear due to augmented collision forces.Communicated by Francisco Javier González Varela.
