With the rapid development of aerospace technology, the safety and reliability of equipment during flight testing have become crucial. This article focuses on the research of intelligent control methods for flight test process equipment based on composite-coated fiber Bragg grating structure health monitoring. By explaining the sensing principle of composite-coated fiber Bragg grating, analyzing its application advantages in flight test structure health monitoring, a structural health monitoring system is designed. The research results provide new ideas and technical solutions for the intelligent control of flight test process equipment, which helps to promote the development of flight test technology in the aerospace field. However, there is still room for improvement in sensor accuracy and algorithm complexity. In the future, research and development of new sensors and intelligent algorithm optimization can be further deepened.
