摘要与影响
To address issues such as information asymmetry and inefficient resource allocation in campus second-hand transactions, this study systematically investigates the current status and key influencing factors of campus second-hand trading based on the Anhui University of Technology Second-hand Transaction Commodity Survey Questionnaire and management statistics methods. Data reveals that textbooks and notes are core trading commodities, with campus second-hand groups and forums serving as primary trading channels, with 80.95% of students participating in 1-3 transactions. There is a significant correlation between commodity types and trading channels. Second-hand commodity pricing is influenced by original price, usage duration, and condition (R2=0.92). Additionally, 95.24% of students are willing to provide transaction data for sharing platform development. Based on the research results, a feasible plan for building a campus second-hand transaction data platform is proposed. The core functional modules of the platform are divided into the pricing reference module, channel matching module, core service module and supporting service module. After calculation, it is estimated that the platform's launch will increase transaction efficiency by 40%, reduce the rate of idle resources by 35%, and raise student transaction satisfaction by 50%, providing data support and practical reference for optimizing the campus second-hand transaction ecosystem.
