内容与影响
The monolithic integration of CMOS integrated circuits with graphene holds significant potential for imaging beyond the visible range, low-power optical data communication on the chip, and the development of compact sensing systems. This paper presents a hybrid infrared-visible pixel, measuring 50um×50um in size, based on the monolithic integration of graphene-CMOS. Additionally, this paper design the associated readout circuit for the pixel array and successfully construct a 32×32 dual-mode image sensor. The image sensor operates in two induction modes: infrared light and visible light. It can independently sense radiation in the infrared and visible light spectra, producing 8-bit digital images.
