Study on the optimal policy of athletes' career transition

Based on the vocational conversion theory and the survey data in Liaoning Province, the Logistic measurement model is constructed, and the influence factors of the degree of satisfaction of athletes' career transitions are studied in this paper. The result shows that what impact the satisfaction of career transitions mostly are the age, sports level, occupation, job adaptation, skills and the monthly income level of retired athlete; and there is no significant effect of gender and education degree. In view of the diverse characteristics of career transition satisfaction factors, and we should establish positive career mode conversion adjustment, strengthen athletes' career planning and management, optimize the content of career transition training, improve the practicability and pertinence of career skills training and guidance, and united the social training institutions for athletes to provides professional training and support on career transitions, in order to promote the successful realization of the athletes' career transformation.
