An auxiliary assembly method of industrial structural parts based on virtual-real fusion

Assembly is an important part of industrial production. With the development of industrialization, industrial structural parts are more complex, there are large differences between parts, the product structure is complex, and the quality requirements of the assembly link are increased, resulting in the backwardness of the original assembly link. In order to solve the above problems, an auxiliary assembly method based on virtual-real fusion is proposed, which can realize the high-precision assembly of complex structure products and simplify the assembly operation. On the basis of manual assembly, the virtual drawing projection module is added, which can realize the combination of virtual drawing and physical assembly version, and then assist workers in assembly. The PnP algorithm is used to solve the spatial 3D information of the assembly target by using the circle center data based on 4 feature points. The performance analysis and simulation results show that the proposed method not only realizes the efficient assembly of industrial product structural parts, but also has high precision, which can meet the diverse assembly needs of the factory.
