We demonstrate a real-time 20km transmission using the proposed SFP112-LPO transceiver based on EML and TEC under −40° C, 25° C, and +85° C. It achieves a 67% power consumption reduction and a 91.8% latency reduction compared to the SFP112-DSP transceiver.
