The temperature rise of Oil-Immersed transformer is a crucial indicator for safe operation and load capacity. In this paper, a simplified model of the Oil-Immersed power transformer is established, including winding disc, first oil channel, and baffles by TRSim, a specialized multi-physics field calculation software for power equipment, independently developed by the CSG Electric Power Research Institute. The temperature distribution of the winding and the flow velocity distribution of the oil are calculated and analyzed. The results are compared with Fluent to verify the accuracy of the solver. The calculation and analysis method of this paper can provide valuable guidance for the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of Oil-Immersed transformer.
