Cancellable Biometric Authentication System by Image Style Transfer

Recently, we have more and more opportunities to identify ourselves through information devices. In this paper, we propose a cancellable biometric authentication system, where biometrics is translated by using image style transfer. First, users provide their face image and choose a key image. Users must remember their own key image, since providing a different key image will be judged as an imposter at authentication phase. Moreover, if some template is compromised, the user can cancel his template by changing his key image. Experiments show that the proposed system can identify individuals with high accuracy.
