Nonlinear Characteristics Analysis of Translational-Torsional Coupled Dynamic Model of RV Reducer

In order to study the dynamic characteristics of RV reducer, a translational-torsional coupled dynamic model of RV reducer is simplified and established with reference to the modeling method of 2K-H planetary gear, Runge-Kutta method is used to solve the nonlinear time-varying equations of the system, and translational micro-displacements and meshing micro-displacements of different components are obtained. The sensitivity analysis of dynamic characteristics of planet carrier to nonlinear factors such as time-varying stiffness, meshing error, meshing clearance and external excitation are studied by finite difference method. It is found that the translational micro-displacement of planet carrier is most sensitive to external excitation, followed by the meshing error, and the sensitivity to other factors is weak.
