The traditional manual welding can not fully meet the requirements of high precision production. The industrial society has more stringent requirements on the quantity and quality of products, the harsh working environment and the increasingly fierce market competition, so it is urgent to put systematic production equipment into industrial production. The investment of welding robot can greatly improve the working environment, reduce the risk to welding workers, reduce the production cost, and the product consistency is high, which improves the market share of products and their own competitiveness. In this article, a 6-DOF welding robot produced by a company is used as a model to study the kinematics and trajectory simulation of the robot.
