摘要与影响
With the advancement of IoT technology, there is a growing need for intelligent monitoring in warehouse management to ensure safety and operational efficiency. However, the absence of an IoT-based multi-point monitoring system in this field remains an issue. To address this, an IoT-enabled warehouse multi-point monitoring system is developed. It uses an STM32F103C8T6 core board as the main controller, integrating detection and receiver nodes that communicate via wireless IoT technology. A dual power supply system with both wired and battery backup ensures continuous operation. The system employs infrared pyroelectric, MQ2, infrared receiving diodes, and DHT11 sensors to comprehensively monitor human presence, smoke, fire, temperature, and humidity. Environmental data is transmitted in real time, and voice alerts are triggered automatically when thresholds are exceeded. Developed with Keil and Android Studio, the system also supports remote monitoring and parameter configuration through a mobile APP. Tests show that the system achieves stable real-time monitoring and rapid response to anomalies, significantly improving warehouse management efficiency and safety. This promotes the application of IoT technology in smart warehouse management and has broad prospects for practical use.
