摘要与影响
Guided by the objectives of the "dual carbon" initiative, new energy vehicles have emerged as a pivotal focus in the global transformation of the automotive industry. As a critical component of the powertrain system, the real-time performance and reliability of hub motor drive control significantly influence vehicle dynamics and safety. This research presents the design of a comprehensive hub motor driver hardware circuit centered on the STM32F407GZT6 microcontroller. The design encompasses power conversion through multi-stage voltage regulation, a minimal STM32 system, a three-phase inverter power stage, high-precision signal acquisition, CAN communication, and protection modules addressing overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature conditions. The implementation of multi-stage voltage regulation ensures a stable power supply, while optocoupler isolation effectively segregates high-and low-voltage circuits, thereby enhancing electromagnetic interference resistance and operational reliability within the complex vehicular electromagnetic environment. This approach offers a robust and dependable hardware framework conducive to the advancement of power systems in new energy vehicles, promoting the integration and refinement of hub motor technologies.
