摘要与影响
Pharmacoeconomics is the study of economic issues related to the use of pharmaceutical resources in the field of medicine and health and how to optimise the allocation and efficiency of pharmaceutical and health resources, and cross-cutting applied disciplines that inform economics for decision-making in medicine and health. This discipline plays an important role in drug research and development, drug pricing, the formulation of medical insurance catalogue, medical insurance payment scope and clinical rational drug use. At the same time, the new social environment doubles the demand for pharmacoeconomic talents. In recent years, major colleges and universities have opened courses on pharmacoeconomics, and the research hotspots revolve around pharmacy education, educational model, programme and so on. As the discipline started late in China, there are mainly problems such as single teaching mode, weak teaching force, and lack of use of modern educational technology. In this paper, by reviewing the literature and combining teaching experience, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the historical development, status quo, hotspots, and existing problems of teaching pharmacoeconomics courses.
