The thermodynamics of the electron gun are investigated for the W-band Sheet beam klystron using ANSYS. With the heater temperature at 10500C, the stable and uniform temperature distributions are achieved for the designed non-axisymmetric structures of sheet beam electron gun. Furthermore, the axis thermal deformation of the cathode is 0.491mm , and the focus electrode is 0.594mm with the thermal expansion, which is much larger than that of cylindrical beam electron gun in TWT.
