摘要与影响
Handling organizational problems has been a key issue in business success and efficiency. In the present company executives were surveyed about the problems they face as leaders in their daily management practices. The researchers were primarily interested in whether there were differences and similarities between the generations when asked about organizational problems and the solutions applied. The thematic analysis identified seven the solutions given the most part aligned with the themes identified for the problems identified and discussed in the paper. Comparing the identified problems and the solutions given and selecting some responses it can be concluded that there is a close alignment between the main problems and the methods used to solve them, but some gaps have also been revealed. Younger generations, especially Generation Z and Millennials, tended to face immediate, operational challenges and responded with direct, tool-based, or structured solutions, leading to a strong alignment between problems and solutions.
