Research on the Performance Degradation of Rubber Isolators under Thermo-mechanical Coupling

This study investigates the performance degradation of rubber isolators under coupled thermo-oxidative and compressive aging environments. Firstly, accelerated thermo-oxidative aging test and compression set test are carried out to obtain the degradation behavior of material properties. Subsequently, a rubber isolator simulation model is established to predict the degradation trend of vibration transmissibility using material degradation data. Finally, accelerated degradation tests are conducted to validate the simulation model. Results show a maximum error below $4 \%$ between simulated and experimental vibration transmissibility data, confirming the reliability of the proposed methodology.
