Hydrogen energy as a renewable energy in the world today, plays an increasingly important role, in order to make full use of hydrogen energy, will be liquefied hydrogen storage and transportation is the only way. According to the standard GB150-2011"pressure vessel" , this paper calculates the structural strength of the 2-ton helium expansion refrigeration hydrogen liquefaction vacuum cold box, and uses ANSYS to carry on the finite element analysis to its normal operation and the sudden working condition(Pipeline leakage condition), the displacement nephogram and stress Nephogram of the cold box under two working conditions are obtained, and the structure of the cold box was modified reasonably.
