Research on the Application of AI Intelligent Welding Course Evaluation System

Based on the current teaching status of welding courses in vocational colleges, a new evaluation method based on AI intelligence is used to qualitatively evaluate the skill level in welding principles, operational skills, and practical operations through technical means such as the AI temperature cloud map generation system based on finite element simulation, the AI evaluation system in virtual welding, and the AI weld quality inspection system in practical welding. A diversified evaluation and assessment system is used to comprehensively evaluate the job abilities of students, effectively solving various difficulties and pain points that arise during the implementation of the course.
