摘要与影响
Analog electronics (AE) and digital electronics (DE) courses face critical limitations: outdated curriculum content, rigid pedagogical methods, and disconnected laboratory practices. With the global adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in engineering education, international universities have leveraged AI to transform curriculum content ‘s dynamic knowledge updating, personalized learning paths and laboratory innovation such as hybrid physical-virtual experiments. This study analyzes 8 international AI application cases covering both AE and DE and proposes a three-dimensional reform framework for Chinese electronics courses. A pilot implementation in our universities (n=420) demonstrates that the framework improves curriculum relevance because 89% of students recognize updated frontier content, learning efficiency,28% reduction in DE FPGA design time), and experimental competency,41% increase in AE fault diagnosis accuracy.
