摘要与影响
In recent years, automated soldering robots have gradually replaced traditional manual soldering irons due to their high soldering efficiency and precise control of key soldering process parameters. In response to the pain points of traditional manual soldering, such as low efficiency, poor consistency, high cost and safety risks, as well as the problems of insufficient connection between the existing welding robot simulation system and actual equipment, poor signal coordination and lack of quantitative analysis of energy consumption. This paper designs a set of industrial robot soldering workstations based on automatic soldering. This workstation integrates six-axis robot motion control and completes simulation-assisted design and simulation verification through the RobotStudio platform, achieving efficient and stable welding of complex solder joints. A virtual I/O closed-loop signal interaction system based on the “d651” module was constructed. Through the innovative visual trajectory verification method of the small ball attached welding torch and the design of a composite path planning scheme combining PTP and ArcC, the system verification was completed through energy consumption simulation under multiple speed grades. This robot can be widely applied in fields such as electronic manufacturing and automotive parts processing, effectively replacing manual labor and reducing production costs.
