摘要与影响
With the accelerating aging of the population, the demand for elderly care services is showing a diversified and personalized development trend. Smart elderly care platforms have become an important vehicle for solving the contradiction between supply and demand in elderly care services. However, current smart elderly care platforms still have prominent problems in service scheduling and resource allocation, such as unreasonable resource allocation, low service scheduling efficiency, poor matching between service supply and elderly needs, and difficulty in balancing multiple objectives such as service timeliness, resource utilization, and elderly satisfaction. To address these issues, this paper first reviews the current research status of service scheduling and resource allocation in smart elderly care platforms and analyzes the core requirements and constraints of the system. Second, with the multiple objectives of minimizing service response time, maximizing resource utilization, and improving elderly satisfaction, a service scheduling optimization and resource allocation model for smart elderly care platforms is constructed, and a corresponding heuristic optimization algorithm is designed to solve the model. Finally, simulation experiments and real-world case verification are conducted based on the operational data of a smart elderly care platform in a certain region. Experimental results show that, comparing service scheduling efficiency under different numbers of elderly service requests, when the number of requests is 50, the average response time of the optimized model is 12 minutes, which is 8 minutes shorter than the traditional method; the task completion rate reaches 98%, which is 6% higher than the traditional method; and the resource idle rate is 5%, which is 10% lower than the traditional method. This demonstrates that the optimized model can provide scientific decision support for the efficient operation of the smart elderly care platform and promote the high-quality development of elderly care services.
