摘要与影响
The digital economy, as a pivotal force in reallocating global production factors, reshaping economic structures, and transforming patterns of international competition, has become a major driver of the digital transformation of traditional industries. However, existing studies have predominantly focused on the economic consequences of digital transformation or empirical examinations of its influencing factors, while offering limited theoretical explanations of the intrinsic logic and evolutionary pathways underlying the transformation process itself. By integrating value chain theory and ecosystem theory, this study develops a comprehensive analytical framework centered on value chain deconstruction and reconstruction. The work argues that the essence of digital transformation in traditional industries is not merely the adoption of digital technologies or incremental efficiency improvements. Rather, it constitutes a profound process in which traditional value chains undergo disruption, reconfiguration, and network-based value creation under the impact of digital technologies. Building upon this perspective, the paper proposes a three-stage evolutionary model encompassing instrumental empowerment, process reengineering, and ecosystem reconstruction. The findings contribute to a deeper theoretical understanding of the processual and complex nature of digital transformation and provide valuable insights for firms in formulating transformation strategies and for governments in designing supportive policy frameworks.
