摘要与影响
The concept of property held by the specialist is quite different from that held by the ordinary person. Most people conceive of property as that are owned by persons. To own a property is to have exclusive control of something. The theory of property held by the modern specialist tends to dissolve the notion of and to eliminate any necessary connection between property and things. Ownership can be subdivided and can be made to disappear. Property cannot be characterized as rights of ownership or as rights in things by specialists in property. According to the Marxists, the capitalist society is divided into two distinct and irreconcilably opposed classes, bourgeoisie and proletariat. The disintegration of the traditional conception of property serves to undermine traditional Marxism. The development of a largely capitalist market economy toward industrialism objectively demands formulation of its emergent system of economic entitlements. Keywords: capitalist; industrialism; Marxism; property
