摘要与影响
In this study, the relationship between mechanical properties and microstructural evolution in annular TC4 alloy subjected to different rolling temperatures and subsequent heat treatments was systematically investigated. The experimental results show that the alloy rolled at a high temperature exhibits lower tensile strength but higher impact toughness, whereas the alloy rolled at a low temperature demonstrates higher tensile strength but lower impact toughness. Microstructural and texture analyses reveal that tensile strength is strongly influenced by the alignment between the tensile direction and the crystallographic orientation distribution of the primary α phase, while impact toughness depends mainly on the morphology of the secondary α phase. Furthermore, appropriate heat treatment enables a favorable balance of high strength and relatively high impact toughness.
