摘要与影响
In implant dentistry, incorporating digital tools such as computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) has brought about significant advancements, introducing novel clinical and technical approaches for performing surgical implant procedures and producing dental restorations [ 1 ]. Three-dimensional (3D) printing is a CAD/CAM system production technology known as additive manufacturing (AM), which seamlessly connects diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and fabrication stages within a digital workflow [ 2 ]. Utilizing digital pathways enhances the safety of implant placements and restoration fabrication efficiency, reduces the workload on dental practitioners, and improves the overall patient care experience [ 3 ].
