Research Hotspots and Trends of Dual-Channel Supply Chain in the Digital Context—A CiteSpace-Based Visual Analysis

随着数字技术的快速迭代与全渠道零售的深度融合，数字化背景下双渠道供应链的转型已成为重构产业竞争力的核心引擎。数字化工具作为驱动供应链协同创新与效率优化的关键要素，正深刻影响着供应链的结构优化和战略决策的范式导向。双渠道供应链的复杂性与数据赋能的动态性，成为企业实践与学术研究共同关注的焦点议题。基于此，本研究运用CiteSpace可视化工具，从发文量、作者、机构和关键词等方面，对数字化背景下双渠道供应链的研究热点与趋势进行归纳与总结。研究发现，现阶段对于数字化背景下双渠道供应链的研究主要集中于三个方面：一是研究主题主要涉及双渠道供应链的定价问题、协调问题和风险规避问题；二是分析方法逐渐倾向于使用微分博弈来操作；三是数字化背景下双渠道供应链逐渐与绿色低碳相结合，形成新的研究领域。With the rapid iteration of digital technologies and the deep integration of omni-channel retailing, the transformation of dual-channel supply chains under digitalization has become a core engine reshaping industrial competitiveness. As a critical driver of collaborative innovation and efficiency optimization in supply chains, digital tools profoundly influence structural refinements and strategic decision-making paradigms. The inherent complexity of dual-channel supply chains and the dynamism of data empowerment have emerged as focal issues in both industrial practices and academic research. This study employs CiteSpace visualization tools to systematically summarize research hotspots and trends in dual-channel supply chains under digitalization, focusing on publication volume, authors, institutions, and keywords. Findings reveal three primary research themes: 1) Core topics addressing pricing mechanisms, coordination strategies, and risk mitigation in dual-channel supply chains; 2) A methodological shift toward differential game theory for dynamic optimization; and 3) The emerging integration of dual-channel supply chains with green and low-carbon development, forming novel research frontiers.
