A computer model of the GTE oil system as part of an automated calculation scheme

As part of the work on the development of digital design technologies, when creating a pilot version of the digital twin of the product, an assessment was made of the possibility of integration into automated calculation chains using Amesim to simulate the operation of a gas turbine engine oil system. The accepted assumptions and limitations of the model are described, where the main advantage is the ability to adjust the model when analyzing the transient processes of the gas turbine engine. For the obtained oil system model, an automated calculation chain was developed in the DT Enterprise platform with a description of the main blocks. The calculation results of the computer model of the oil system are compared with the results of bench tests and presented as deviations of temperature and pressure parameters in various modes. It has been revealed that the oil system model developed in Amesim software is in good agreement with experimental data and meets the requirements imposed on the digital twin of the product.
