Research on the Construction of Grass-roots Talent Team in the Process of Rural Revitalization

Based on the implementation background of the rural revitalization strategy, this study deeply analyzes the problems existing in the construction of grass-roots talent team in the implementation process of China's rural revitalization strategy, such as insufficient leading role of leading cadres, insufficient professional ability and serious talent backflow, expounds the necessity of strengthening the construction of grass-roots talent team, and puts forward to promote the construction of precision talent system, so as to strengthen the precise management of the first secretary of rural revitalization, give full play to the role of party members and cadres in the village, enhance the effectiveness of talent introduction and training, and promote the effectiveness of the rural revitalization strategy.
