摘要与影响
CV. Dwiputra Ihwa, a screen-printing T-shirt business, previously managed inventory through separate digital invoice records and Microsoft Excel. This separation complicated stock reconciliation, inventory prioritization, and replenishment decisions. This study develops a mobile inventory management application that integrates ABC Analysis, manually configured minimum-stock thresholds for Reorder Point (ROP) alerts, sales and purchase transaction recording, and digital invoicing. The application was developed through the prototype method using Flutter, Dart, and Firebase Cloud Firestore. ABC Analysis groups items according to their contribution to monthly sales, while ROP notifications identify stock that has reached configured thresholds. The system also updates stock through sales and purchase records, manages invoice payment statuses, and generates PDF invoices. The thesis reports 11 black-box scenarios as successful; however, detailed test inputs and measured operational outcomes were not provided. Therefore, the findings support functional feasibility within the tested scenarios, not quantified improvements in stockouts, time savings, or inventory performance. The specific ABC cutoffs and company-level calculation inputs should be verified against the implemented application before publication.
