DILEMMAS AND RELIEF STRATEGIES FOR RURAL TEACHERS' PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

This paper examines the professional development dilemmas faced by rural teachers in the context of high-quality rural education development and proposes solutions. It analyzes the challenges rural teachers face in professional identity, professional competence, and local knowledge, while suggesting solutions including enhancing professional identity, building professional learning communities, strengthening internal motivation, and implementing targeted training programs.
