摘要与影响
Against the backdrop of advancing data factor marketization and in-depth digital transformation, the internal mechanism through which employees' digital literacy (DL) effectively translates into corporate innovation performance (IP) has not been fully revealed via open, reproducible firm-level data. According to the resource-based view and causal reasoning (CR) theory, this study proposes three hypotheses: employees' DL exerts a positive impact on corporate IP, innovation data (ID) plays a mediating effect, and CR positively moderates the conversion of DL into ID. A sample of 1,523 listed companies on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2021 to 2024 is selected. This study constructs a standardized measurement system for employees' DL and ID, providing empirical evidence for enterprises' data-driven innovation management.
