Clinical Observation of Postoperative Recovery Decoction Combined with Longzhu Ointment in the Treatment of Perianal Abscess Wound Recovery

To observe the effect of postoperative recovery soup and sitz-bath fumigation combined with dressing change of Longzhu ointment on promoting the healing of perianal abscess.Methods: 60 patients with perianal abscess were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with post-anal carbuncle recovery decoction sitzbath fumigation combined with Longzhu ointment dressing change, while the control group was treated with potassium permanganate sitz-bath fumigation.Visual analogue scale (VAS) was compared between the two groups to evaluate the degree of pain, and the wound healing time was compared between the two groups.The levels of serum C-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were compared between the two groups.Results: After 4 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100% significantly higher than that of the control group 73.33%, and the difference was statistically significant.(χ2=9.231,P<0.05).Conclusion: The use of postoperative recovery soup sitz-bath fumigation combined with dressing change of Longzhu ointment can promote wound healing after perianal abscess surgery and improve clinical efficacy.
