Under these conditions, the mixture consistency is controlled by the volumne filling and physico-chemical reinforcing nature of the filler rather than by mineral to mineral contact.This is in contrast to the behavior of the overall mixture where a significant contribution to the load-deformation behavior is made by the nature of the binder as well as by the nature of the particle-particle contact.'
