Competency Model Construction for Professional Talents in Health Management Industry

With the enhancement of public health awareness, the health management industry has entered a period of rapid development, while the supply and quality of professional talents fail to meet the demand. Based on the competency theory and combined with the industry characteristics, this paper analyzes the core needs of health management talents, clarifies the principles and methods for model construction, designs a model framework from three dimensions: professional quality, service capability, and development potential, and proposes implementation and optimization strategies. It provides theoretical support and practical guidance for talent training and selection in the industry.
