摘要与影响
With the advancement of urbanization, a large number of migrant populations have flocked to cities, driving the economic and social development of urban areas. However, the issue of migrant populations’ integration into cities has become increasingly prominent, particularly as they face significant challenges in terms of social identity, cultural adaptation, and social support. Using Social Identity Theory as a framework, this paper explores the dilemmas of community integration for migrant populations during urbanization, focusing on analyzing key problems such as identity differences, cultural conflicts, and lack of social support. Combined with empirical research, relevant policy recommendations are proposed, aiming to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for improving the current situation of migrant populations’ integration into cities.
